Cage: NO WIRE BOTTOM! Line with Care Fresh or Yesterday's News. No wood chips (have irritating oils) or carpet (rabbits chew on it causing obstructed bowels). The cage should be at least 3-4' by 2-3'. This bigger cage that you can afford, the better!
Diet: Unlimited timothy hay (no alfalfa, it is too rich in calcium) with a few tablespoons of high quality pellets, such as Oxbow brand. No carrots, fruit, lettuce, yogurt treats, or anything high in sugar. Rabbits' digestive tracts have a very delicate yeast-bacteria ratio. Any excess sugar disrupts this balance and can shut down performance. And, of course, plenty of fresh water.
Vet care: A good physical exam is absolutely necessary at least once yearly. Spay or neuter your rabbit. An intact female rabbit will almost always develop uterine cancer and intact male rabbits tend to mark territory and be more aggressive. You will also notice the urine is a dark, orange color. This is normal for rabbits.

I get rabbit food at pet stores trypically a mix of seeds, nuts and dried vegies and fruits. my rabbit also gets timothy hay and sometimes alfa hay to give her a mix but mostly timothy. She really likes the yougurt treats. she did not like the dried blueberry treats though She also has a mineral or salt wheel that we switch out so she dosent get the same one twice in row.
As for fun my rabbits favorite thing is to chew. We give her rabbit chew blocks to chew on and sometimes a shoe box that we put hay and treats in and she throws the box around. She also has had a Plastic ball that had a rattle/bell inside that she would also throw around.

Big cage, since they run away if unhappy, they eat carrots lettuce, vegetable stuff, and carrot mix you buy at pet shops. They have a wheel for fun, but for small kids rabbits are bad, cause small kids tend to take them out (they run away fast) and because mostly they are on their own (the rabbits) so u cant do much with them. adults like watching them and can take them out so is best for adults. leashes for rabbits are popular but i find if they run it squeezes too hard!

rabbits need a clean cage, or 'hutch' and rabbit food from the pet store, plus raw veggies. rabbits don't do much for fun; they just sort of hang out.
i do advise handling them often as they can become resistent to human touch if not pet and held often.

feed them pellets (no i do not mean poo) from the pet store, hay, veggies (daily and no cooked veggies), fruit (not too much bananas 'cause its not so good 4 them), and water! They like to play with toys, take a walk with a rabbit leash on, explore, and cuddle with u!
