Everytime I eat Lay's potato chips or Hamburger helper, my body feels really tired and it does not feel right. I usually fall asleep too, but my sleep isn't good. Is there a certain chemical in these products?

Well, all processed food has additives that can make us feel lethargic and sleepy.
According to my juice book, processed foods contain dyes and chemicals used to flavor and preserve the food. Those chemicals require a lot of extra vitamins and minerals just for the body to metabolize and detoxify them. Where does the body get those nutrients to break down that type of food? From tissues in our body. The chemicals that cannot be broken down are stored in our liver, bones, fat and other tissues.
The more processed foods you eat, the more deficient your body becomes. That could explain your feelings or tiredness and your decreasing quality of sleep.

Maybe, but see how you react to other carbohydrates in large quantities without too much fat content eg breakfast cereal or bread. If you feel really tired, sleepy and unwell, perhaps you should consider getting checked out for type 2 diabetes, especially if you get really thirsty too.
