I know where I need to insert the tampon bc I use a mirror and I can see where the blood is coming out. But when I take the mirror away and try to insert the tampon I can't get it in. Is there a way I can keep the mirror there while I insert it? Cuz I have to use both hands and i dont know.. any suggestions?

sit down on a toilet and try to feel where the hole is. ( your finger should go in. i know it is gross but u can wash the blood off. anyway you should know where it is. then while sitting on the toiled put in the tampon. good luck

sit on the ground almost on top of the mirror or get a square mirror and hold it inbetween your legs

ask your boyfriend to insirt it for you:) i dont know darling,this is funny,practice makes perfect,try harder. i ll say ask someone to hold the mirror or put it on the floor. good luck
