I just recently bought a laptop with ATI Graphics and when I went into DxDiag and to the tab Monitor it showed nothing. I tried rolling back my driver but it said there is no previous point. What should I do?

Your graphics are built into the Motherboard.

Reinstate or reinstall the driver if you want the best graphics your PC can offer with it's current hardware.

You have an integrated graphics card. It is built into the motherboard so it is technically not a video card.
