Libby was brought in front of investigators with his lawyer, read his rights, and answered questions that were deemed by others to be a lie and he was found guilty of perjury. His lies were apparently trying to cover up an action some thought was a crime, but was not a crime at all since Plame was not a secret agent.

BJ Clinton was brought before a judge, swore an oath to tell the truth, and with his lawyers present he lied about a personal matter in order to protect himself in a civil case against him. A case he later settled.

They were both convicted of perjury - actually BJ Clinton admitted it and Libby hasn't. In Libby's case he was covering up a non crime, and in BJ Clinton's case he was trying to defeat a complaint against him and lost. So who should get more time?

I've always believed Clinton should have been in jail and that dog he's married to too.

Please get your facts straight. Assuming that you are talking about William Jefferson Clinton when you write "BJ Clinton", only Libby has been convicted of anything. Clinton was impeached, the equivalent of being indicted by a Grand Jury for a sitting president, but was acquitted at trial by the Senate.

Therefore, Libby is the only one who deserves any punishment what so ever as he is the only one formally convicted of any crime.

Let's see. Libby protected high level people who had a role in revealing the identity of an active CIA agent, which is against the law; and was convicted of perjury in a court of law.
Prez Clinton lied about sex.
Hmmmmmm. It's a real puzzle.

Still, the libs lie about Plame being an "undercover" "agent" or "operative".
Poor Bill only lied about "personal" matters.

Until you throw Richard Armitage and Sandy Burger into jail, you dishonest democraps have NO credibility.

Hey - A Elam, all the world knows that Valery Plame was outed by Armitage. It was in all the papers, on TV, just everywhere. Libby had nothing to do with it.

Libby. Libby is a traitor to our country and should go to jail! He blew the cover of an undercover CIA operative. She may not have been undercover at the time, but any missions she's been on, any contacts she's made and any other agents she's worked with have now all been compromised. And WHY? Because the Bush administration was trying to get revenge on her husband because he wouldn't play ball with them and their BS claims about going to war with Iraq.
