Why blacks want us to be black and whites want us to be white ?

This is in regard to the race issue of Ethiopians.
Helina G, I've read some of your questions and answers Including the one in reply to "Holly" . Helina, it sounds to me that you are racist. You are not white, you are Ethiopian. As an Ethiopian myself, I'm going to ask you to stop this hatred. I haven't met not one ethiopian that said they were white. Ethiopians are indeed black - Just look at our skin, we are dark even compared to italians. Doesn't matter if you have a straigh nose and long straight hair, the fact is, whites will still see you as black and/or non-white. FYI: I still haven't met an Ethiopian that said they weren't black. Gee, Helina, your not black ? are you arab ? no, are you white ? no, are you asian ? no! You are from the continent of africa and you have dark skin and thats that, you are black. I'm ethiopian and I'm black. Don't get me wrong, we are not ****** but we are black. Thats all I wanted to tell you Helina.

Well I don't know who Helina is but if she is ethiopian it doesn't mean you are always black. Like in america your not white, you could be any color an be american. Maybe she is mixed, I don't know. If she isn't that then she probably is black, I'm just assuming. You can have dark skin but it doesn't always mean the person is black, check out some indians and southeast asians.

In reality black and white as regards to race is a European political concoction. The word Ethiopia is a Greco term that means sun burnt faces, which distinguishes the phenotypical differences between the Cushite and Greeks. What are you talking about. Who cares what this Helina girls says, its obvious she has issues, an really the reson why she is acting this way is bc in all reality she hates herself. She has self hatred so what does she do take it out on others to make herself feel better, but she realizes after its over that she is still that same person, so she moves to her next victim to get her high off of. even if Ethiopians look different than other Africans, thats just an ethnic Ethiopian thing. im sure that people in America will see you like any other African-American, whether that comes for good or bad, people will probably just see you as black.
