Some people need to get off their spelling high horse and give helpful advice if you have any. I own 2 ferrets. Yes, they are little comedians with a million tricks. I love them. But they are very high maintenance. I clean their cages daily, and they still smell pretty bad. They are never truly litter box trained...they try but they miss a lot. Mine nibble on my toes when I'm barefoot which can be annoying to say the least. If you keep them inside and have carpet, the carpet absorbs their odor(not to mention they will soil it if given the chance). You might consider an easier pet like a hamster or reptile.

I've had two. The first one was wonderful. She cuddled with me and even had run of the house because she was so well box trained. My second one was just plain mean. Hated using her box and bit everyone. It's hard getting one at a pet store as you can't really see the personality. If you have lots of time though to train it very well you may have no problems at all.

They are cute but they're a lot of work. Vet bills can be very expensive. You sound very young - so I would suggest waiting until you are older, have your own place and plenty of money to take care of them.
