Ever since two months ago I've been puking out evrything I eat.
I'd as much as possible but then I'd just stick a finger down my throat and let it all out. The process would take for an hour or two. Later during the days I'd drink as much water as possible and exercise like crazy. 200 sit ups, 300 Jumping Jacks and even run around outside for 2hours or more. Now I just feel weak and really tired and my legs are on fire. I don't know how I tolerate all this, my grades are fine, and I concentrate on studying and reading more than ever but I get upset over the smallest things. I have a doctors appoinment on the 19th, do u think the doctor will notice?
Currently I'm 5'6'' and 116 lbs. and I'm also 14. I don't what to do, to stop this horrible obsession with my wieght and barfing out all my food,
Even if I talk to my doctor, wat should I say? My parents would probably faint hearing this.????

I think you have bulimia. It looks like you might be entering the world of eating disorders. You are only 14 and your hight and weight are good. I don't understand why you would do this. You are feeling weak because your body does not have food to use as energy because you keep throwing it up. Your doctor is going to ask you have you been eating? do you exercise? and If I were you. I'd tell him the truth. I was in the same situation as you and my mother caught me throwing up in the bathroom one time. It got to the point were I was throwing up blood. I got a personal trainer and he was in a way my psychologist as well. I started eating and keeping my food in my stomach and I had a whole lot of energy. I also look great now. I have a healthy lean muscular frame and I feel so strong. I think it's best you let your doctor know what's going on. Please do not keep doing this to yourself. As soon as you're done reading this, tell your parents what your doing. They will understand that you are sick and will get you some help. Good Luck. Please tell your parent right now.

Yes you do have bulimia. Your parents will faint because it is a very serious illness. If it continues the consequences will be horrifying, including permanent ensophagus problems etc. You should tell your Mom about this and have her come to the doctor with you. You need to tell them about this, and also your doctor. Don't think you will just get over it on your own, you will need help. I have a friend whose daughter is going through this right now, she's got into treatment and is doing better now, but it is an on going battle. One of the things alot of people don't know when they start being bulimic is that alot of people that have it , actually gain weight, because their body will hold on to any fat it can. Too much of anything is not good, including exercise. You need help, please get it right away. Take care and good luck in your recovery.

The really sad part is everyone you know (including your parents) are telling you how great you look! Right? That is the problem with society today. We are all held to an ideal that we can't possibly attain. You need to stop but you also need to realize that means gaining weight. It is a vicious circle. Tell the doctor and see if he or she has any ideas to stop this. Also have the doctor give you a sensible diet to follow and that should help curb the weight gain when you quit puking. Good luck.

You are right. You are suffering from an eating disorder. It's never easy to talk about personal problems or ask for help when you need it, but you HAVE to tell your doctor or your parents right away.
You're going to need help getting healthy again, and you can't do it alone. This is serious. Your body is suffering serious damage, and this illness can literally kill you.
Your doctor may not notice unless there's a dramatic decrease in your weight since your last visit.
I'd suggest telling your parents first. But if you cannot; then tell your doctor you'd like to speak with her/him privately about your diet. That should get things rolling.

First of all I think you sould talk to a doctor, when you talk to him/her tell 'em everything you said here (honesty is a good thing). Secondly you are playing a dangerous game with puking your guts up. Because, when you throw-up it puts strain on your heart and if you keep this up it will lead to anerexia. You are probably feeling week and tired because your body has no nutrients (food is fuel). Intstead of consentrating on sit-ups and jumping jacks, consintrate more on cardio running is the best form. You can also go for martial arts you can get the best of both cardio and body building. If the doctor is a doctor at all he probably notice. Most of all things happen, you shouldn't get to worked up about life.

Yes you have bulimia and any eating disorder is not healthy.. all sorts of problems can arise from it.
First off well done for recognising that you have a problem. That is often the hardest part to do. But you need to speak to your doctor ASAP. he can help you get rid of this terrible affliction. It would be wise to tell your parents to. not to scare them but to show that you recognise that you have a problem and need help and they will help you as much as they can. Also see if there are any support groups in your area. usually speaking to others who have beaten or are beating this disorders helps
Please speak to your doctor before its to late

If the doctor doesn't notice, be sure to bring it to his attention so that he will be able to help you. If you continue with this ailment you are in for a long hard life.

Yes you have bulimia.
Even if your parents faint, you NEED to tell this to wither them, or your doctor. Its starts out like this, but if you continue it will turn into a lifelong terror
