i sold 16 dvds on ebay and on the auction description it said paypment is recived right after auction ended. but the buyer who has no feedback she said how do i pay for this? i told her paypal, i kept emailing her to send the payment or the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left so i relisted the item and left her negative feedback. But today she sends the payment when i said she didnt have to pay, so know she is wanting those dvds i relisted. what should i do? thanks

She was a new, zero feedback buyer and probably wasn't trying to not pay on time--she might not have even realized you required immediate payment. Since she didn't follow your terms, you don't have to sell anything to her and can just refund her.

Were you happy with the price she paid? Are you likely to get another buyer who will pay more? Don't shoot yourself in the foot just because your buyer was new & annoying. Do whats best for you.

I've had this happen many time, but since I do this for a living, I put aside my feelings when someone doesn't pay on time just send them the item if I'm happy with the price. If I'm not, I let the relist stand. Don't sell an item for less just because your buyer messed up, since she finally did pay.

I would send the payment back and tell her if she wants them, to re-bid on the new auction. I think Ebay will not let you cancel an auction if it has a bid on it.

if there's a way to end the auction early, maybe you could still send them to her (if no one else bid on them). Otherwise, you may have to just refund her money and try to politely explain why. If it causes a conflict, try using E-Bay's Dispute Console.

Send the money back to her, with a note explaining she was to pay with paypal, and she hadnt answered any of the emails you sent her.
