My battery on my mobo is dead?

how to i get my computer to remember the time and date..........

im feeling extremely lazy and do not want to pull my computer out to change it..............................

stupid oversized desk

Well if you are that lazy and dont want to replace the battery, then just dont turn the computer off - at all. It will keep time as long as it is powered on.

However, anytime you shut it down it will lose it.

Hi. Windows XP has a function to sync your PC with NIST. Right click on the clock, 'Adjust Date/Time> Internet Time> Update'. The time will be good until you shutdown.
