No I don't think Jealousy has the ugliest face. I think a person that lie's and is unfaithful has the ugliest face.

It is interesting also, that a lot of answerers are mentioning other facets of it, they don't realize they are doing this though.
Like, evil- that stems from jealousy (not having what you want, doing whatever you can to get it, etc.)
Also mentioned: lying, envy, Vanity, hatred.... they are ALL stemming from jealousy...
Yes, a jealous face is literally ugly & it brings out beasts in people in general.
What gets me is the denial of their jealousy, if you mention it to them. ykwim?
They will deny it, then get even uglier!
