Learning to talk to your doctor about your body is part of growing up. Do it!!!

I had major headache's until I cut all Surgar Substitutes from my diet (Splenda, Nutrasweet, & Sweet & low) ... somebody told me that these turn to embolming fluid if heated above 85 degree's and my saliva is 98 degrees ... anyways, I've been headache free for three months now because I threw out all "Surgar Free" products from my diet.

Warning: Surgar - Substitutes are addicting. They are almost as addicting as nicotein and you feel worse before you get better ... it takes about 2-3 days of purifying your body ... So, find a few days you can "Crash" if you are a heavy user of surgar substitutes --- the pay-off (no more head aches) is so worth it!!!

Plenty more cities if we look outside of the US but within the US, I think this is a pretty good list (except I don't know if it's fair to count Dallas-Fort Worth and Minneapolis-St. Paul as separate cities; kinda like how the Bay is seen as one area). There are probably a few different reasons for why these cities don't have notable artists. Some cities fall under the shadow of others. For example, two of the six members of the Visionaries are from San Diego but the crew is by and large seen as being from LA. Dallas-Fort Worth is the scene that I am most familiar with. There are a couple of issues that I see there. One, people automatically think that all Texas rappers are from Houston. Two, fans there aren't critical enough. So a lot of cats end up thinking that they are better than they are and don't catch on elsewhere. Then the rappers that *are* good either get caught up in that stigma or move elsewhere to get their recognition (like DOC).

You need to see a neurologist. It's probably a migraine. They tend to start around your age because of hormone changes. Just because your parents don't know of any relatives who have migraines means nothing. But it could also be something more serious (although migraines are bad enough!) which is why you need to see a doctor soon. The more you wait, the worse the problem will get. Good luck!

consult a doctor. You can have migraine even if nobody else in the family does. it could also be due to some allergy, change in eye sight power.. the reasons are many.
