Is there a famous person in the US that militates for the black community in particular?

i know there's no segregation anymore but there are still a lot of problems for black people. Is there someone who asks for more power and more social justice in favor of black people?

Rev. Al Sharpton and Minister Louis Farrakan are the only ones who would be less likely to be bought off...but i am sure that even they have their price...Why do u ask?
