Well from Cambridge To Moncton is roughly 16 hours. The bridge/ferry to PEI is another hour from moncton.

When we do the drive we always stop just on the other side of the NB border into Quebec at the irving big stop. we grab something to eat, stretch our legs ect.

Quebec the province has tons of rest stops along the way on the highway that are great, some have canteens others have just restrooms and outside sitting areas.

I am a fan favorite of hitting Hopewell Rocks everytime i visit it is in NB but if you have time i would for sure say visit.

Our other stop is usually either Kingston or Napanee in Ontario.

Have a safe drive!

Not sure where Oakville is, so I couldn't say. But from Quebec to PEI will take you a good 10 hours, depending on how often you stop for breaks, or how long you stop for meals.
