a light blue screen appears for msn?

a empty msn screen keeps showing up and i can't get it off the screen unless i restart my computer. i have windows xp. msn is one of my programs but i thought i deleted the parts i didn't need. thanks for the help

when i go to shut down the computer it says there is a problem with msn mail

honey,u have ERRORS in ur pc and mail.first delete all cookies and messenger,download it new.and get this now, http://ccleaner.com/ best of luck.
