You may also find that the diesel engine is heavier so you would need to beef up the suspension, possibly brakes, also bigger radiator required. Thats before you even get into the fact that diesel engines generally rev lower than petrol so the gear ratios need adjusting accordingly else you will be travelling slower in each gear than with petrol, diesels also usually produce more torque than petrol equivalents because diesel contains 15% more energy as a property of the fuel than the equivalent volume of petrol and compression ignition engines are far more efficient than spark ignition engines, thus overall potentially putting 30-40% more power through the transmission. The simple advice is - dont bother, sell the petrol and buy factory fitted diesel version (if there is one) - or best advice from others is fit lpg conversion to petrol engine.

fuel tank, under bonnet wiring, relays for heater plugs, engine management system, or similar, maybe the clutch as diesels tend to have heavier plates, a heater light to the dash,
quite a bit really, but as its a cabriolet do you really want to,?.
also gearbox bell housing may be different but not usually on a renault, it is best to have a full donor car, as i have known it that the clutch pedals have had to changed, which is on the same bar as the brake then the servo needed done , are you really sure ? think of the posability a cabbys got.

If you want to convert to a cheaper fuel, you would be much better off converting to LPG. There are a number of increasingly well established specialists doing conversions. Main drawback being the limited number of petrol stations also selling LPG/Autogas.
