Remember before the Cokes came out in cans.....back when we could go to the drug store and sit on one of those tall stools and get a fountain drink....

I prefer the bottled ones. I find fountain drinks too sweet. I don't like the aluminum touching my lips and usually, I can't finish the whole can and I have to throw it away. With Bottled ones, I can re-cap and drink the rest later.

I usually drink Coke, and a big fountain coke with lots of ice is it!!
Occasionally a Dr. Pepper and I prefer it in the bottle, fountain Dr. Pepper doesn't taste that great.

I love fountain drinks. Probably because I can put ice in it which calms down the carbonation a bit. Plus it stays cold longer.

I like fountain drinks, but to me there are only a few places locally where I can get a decent Diet Coke (McDonalds is one).
