Man I dont know why, but i get angry I get furious, and i am not a kid, I just get really mad when people try and mess with me, and at house flies.

haha i feel you man... ive always had a hard time controlling my temper and im no longer a kind either... i figured i would grow out of it, but i catch myself doing the same dumb stuff i did when i was younger once i get crazy mad... I say the most ridiculous things sometimes... then always regret my words and actions later

I am slow to anger. Justifiable anger enables one to right the wrong and be resolute.
Most things are small stuff, and as such not worth a minute of my time.
Kickboxing is great to release aggression. Just had my second lesson. Also, no law suits. I recommend it, highly. :)
