Original series - 5 seasons (Indigo, Orange, Johto Journey, Johto League, Master Quest)
Advanced generation - 4 seasons (Advanced, Advanced Challenge, Advanced Battle, Battle Frontier)
Diamond and Pearl - 1 season and counting
I think the first nine (everything before Diamond and Pearl) is out on DVD.

As to the DVD's, yes, there are quite a few season DVD sets out there (you can get this at any Wal-Mart, Best Buy, SunCoast, Toys R Us, K-Mart, Target). They come out so fast, so I don't know up to what season they are. Sorry.

I dont know all the movies because there are so many now but there are ten seasons of pokemon in total.

Cartoonnetwork is on the 10th season of pokemon and i have no idea if they have DVDS although they probably do and i have 1 pokemon movie on VHS its called
Pokemon the first movie
MEWTWO VS. MEW
and it looks like it was (c) 1997
