Neither, I'm quiet. Most people think I'm shy, but I'm really not. Quiet is in fact much different than shy, although both share lack of endless talking in common.

im really outgoing but i can be shy toward ppl i dont know at times but with in 15 minutes of knowing them im not really shy anymore

it varies. I'm shy with new people, or people I don't plan on getting to know well, but I'm outgoing the rest of the time.
