You can't if she doesn't want to. I've said it before and I'll say it again...I'll try not to be redundant, I promise! :-) Try to find out what her limits are if let's say she doesn't want to participate in something like this. Does she just not want to go down on another woman but would be okay with playing with her breasts? Would she enjoy making out with another woman but just not sure how she'd feel about another woman playing with her own body? And is she dead set against you touching another woman?
Find out her limits, find out your own, and then take it from there. Some women would be offended by this question, so I would try bringing it up VERY slowly, by first introducing girl-on-girl porn. Work your way up into the conversation of having another girl with you guys.
Come to some sort of compromise about it. If she says no, don't automatically assume that it's over and done with. Would she be willing to go to a strip club with you? You shouldn't. Women tend to be a little curious in that area already. If you give it time and a few subtle hints, she may want to experiment on her own.
But, if you ask her to do it, you will be opening up a can of worms you don't wanna open. I promise.
Women are insecure and if the suggestion comes from you it's going to throw her into emotional turmoil. Even, if she goes through with it, she will carry doubts and ugly feelings in her heart that could ultimately ruin your relationship.
However, if you let her come around to it all by herself, it will be a much more enjoyable experience. She needs to feel in control and be sure that you want only her. Also, she will be excited that she is doing something like that for you and aroused by how much you enjoy yourself.

I don't think it's right to push your wife into something she's really not comfortable with. If you have to try to convince her, then if she does it, it will be out of guilt to make you happy. I have seen threesomes tear marriages and even dating couples apart. I think your wife's feelings should come first over your sexual fantasy.

If you have to convince anyone to do something they really dont want to do, then you are being totally seflish. How would you feel if your wife tried to convince you to have a threesome with another man? Maybe your fantasy is not hers.
If she is interested, then you wont have to do much convincing at all.

You ask if she would be interested in doing it and if she would be okay with her feelings after it happened. If she agrees then discuss it further to see if it is really something she wants to do and is not just doing it to make you happy. If she says no, let it go. Don't force her to do something she doesn't want to do. If you care about her feelings that is what you do.

The first thing you should do is to ask very nicely if she would like to do something like that at all. If she says no;just forget about it . Pushing her to do things she doesn't want to do can only cause both of you a lot of pain.
