there is not any "suited weight" persay. The BMI is calculated for adult adult males and ladies who does mild workout and eat a reasonable 3 nutrients consistent with day with snacks in between. Take working example my brother. he's 5'8 and weighs a hundred and eighty. The BMI says he might desire to be obese, yet he's all muscle. So somewhat of dropping weight, you will possibly desire to talk approximately dropping fat. working and cardio workout loses fat all around. somewhat of eating 3 sq. nutrients an afternoon, destroy it up into 6 small nutrients. it would shop you fuller throughout the time of the day besides as help strengthen your metabolism. desire this helps!

if you mean, you are worried about your weight, I had the same problem, I'm 5'6 and I weigh 109lbs. Your weight is fine you just have a higher metabolism. Don't think your annorexic. if your about 80 or 90 now you'll have a growth spurt like I did and gain about ten to twenty pounds.
