Mia Rose is pretty, so is Mia Grace. You could really use any middle name because it is a two-syllable name. Here's some other ones...

Mia Isabelle
Mia Charlotte
Mia Lynn
Mia Angela
Mia Louise
Mia Ellen
Mia Lauren
Mia Nicole
Mia Noelle
Mia Christelle
Mia Brielle

Hope these help!! My favorite is Mia Angela.

Beautiful name! It fits all personalities and ages, but is still hip and adorable!

You have to be careful though, you can't use Summer because it's like saying she's a summer(Mia Summer, Me a summer). We were gonna name my brother(if he was a girl) Maya Claire, but it sounded like My eclaire.

Anyways, what about:
Mia Tessanee
Mia Jordan
Mia Kristyn
Mia Mikayla
Mia Lakoda
Mia Josette
Mia Renee
Mia Claire
Mia Rylee
Mia McKinley(I LOVE how this sounds! My favorite)
Mia McKenzie(This sounds nice too, but still like above)
Mia McKenna
Mia Marie
Mia Kylie
Mia Poppy
Mia Pypar
Mia Rose
Mia Rosalie(or branch out from anything Rose, Rosa, Rosie, Rosalynn, Rosetta...)
Mia Hope(or some heart/feeling name, Mia Faith, Charity...)

I really hope I helped you a lot!

Good luck and best wishes!

They are both pretty names seperately, but together, since they both end with a, they might be "too much". Mia is often short for Maria, so even Maria Larissa sounds ok- in fact I like it better than Mia Larissa, and you can still call her Mia.

I wouldn't the first and middle name to rhyme. Sounds too tacky. What about Mia Lareese? Hey, I like it a lot. Mia Lareese! Or you could spell Lareese another way.
