Activists are the reason for every good change this country has ever had. equal rights for women.. An Activist struggle. Equal rights for African Americans... An Activist Struggle. Slavery Abolished.. An Activist Struggle.. It was the conservatives who didn't ever want to change any of that. It was the Activist who made a stand against what they thought was wrong, and changed it. Why would want to stop that...?

Presidents and judges are not supposed to legislate the law. Where is your proof of legislation? I know that the 9th circus court legislates but when they do the left looks the other way.

Heck, no! Errr...yes! Errr....I mean...don't stop stopping...forget it.
Heck, yes!

Legislation belongs in the legislative branch. Suggestions? Sure. Exceptions? Sure, if already there. No getting people in trouble for things they have always been allowed to do, though changing the rule after the fact is reasonable.

I think you mean vice-presidents legislating from the president's office, since Bush is way too stupid to even pronounce "legislate"

All hail the traitor Cheney!

The right wing has no problem with activist judges that will force kids to pray in school.
