How do you find a good producer wouldn't mind producing a tv series.?

There was a recent post about this. You can't.
You can't contact or mail a propspal about a TV series, to a producer or director.

Motion Picuture Studios and Televison Studios, have writers that write scripts for programs. Do NOT mail anything as it will not be read.

Television studios are busy producing their own shows.

If you have faith in your series, produce it yourself on your Local Public Access Station.
