While I usually dislike made-up names, this is an exception. It's good, and you may want to consider some of the alternate spellings some of the earlier answers have offered.
But people are going to ask "what does that mean?" So now you need to make up some cool answer to that question. Something like "dragon fly in Kinyarwanda" or "butterfly in Swahili."

Interesting but I would have thought it was prounouced IZ-AN-EE-YA, so I think you'd better alter the spelling or the poor girl will be correcting people for years to come.

Nice but will the child be able to pronounce it and spell it okay? If you think so go for it. I like the sound of it.

It's different for sure, but would be very hard to spell and pronounce.

Please also take into account your child when giving it such a ridiculous name. This will be impossible for them to spell and teachers will have a nightmare pronouncing this name at school. I don't think your child will thank you for this later on in life.

kind of... I would spell it differently (maybe Isaneya or Ysaneia) and pronounce it ee-sah-nay-ah.

Cool and fun? I don't think so. More like strange and ghetto.
