Not anymore. Appearantly it's becoming really popular for guys to go to spas, some include special packages for them, I believe there's even some men-only spas.
So the businesses have seen the market potential of males, and they're catering to them now.
So in other words, it used to be weird, now it's becoming mainstream. Give it a few years and it'll be 100% normal.

No. I was in a wedding and the entire wedding party -- guys and girls -- were treated to a spa day. Didn't care for the yoga nazi or the manicures especially, but the massage, facial, scrubs, wraps, etc were amazing. It's all about pampering yourself and relaxing.
Just be careful of the shorty robes (if you have to wear one). My junk hangs low and, well, there was a couple awkward moments.

No it's not. Spas cater to Men and Women. Most offer loads of products and services for Men so it's not unheard of a man going in to a spa.

Ahhhh...the Spa! Of course not....In today's soceity, there are even spas that specialize for male treatments! Its nothing to be ashamed of....It just means as a civilized man, you like to take care of yourself and feel good. Nothing to worry about!

Certainly not! You want to look your best, don't you? A trip to the spa can also be a very relaxing experience. (Just make sure they've got health code certification.)

Heck NO! Why shouldn't you enjoy the pleasure of a really good facial or massage or even a pedicure? Women (and Men) appreciate someone who takes care of themselves and that means more than just going to the gym.

Well, there is still some stigma attached, but a lot of men go. Don't worry, it does not make you gay or metrosexual... it just means that you'd like to spend some time relaxing with your mom. And that's totally fine.
