I wanna be a cheerleader and i need to know how to do the splits how can i stretch

im a dancer. i had to get the splits. sit in your best split for two comercials. BOTH SIDES AND MIDDLE! then lay on your back and put your feet straight in the air and go into the air splits. push both legs toward the floor. youll have them in no time! :)

You need to keep stretching for a few days and then go to some clinics. And being a cheerleader requires no experience needed. They will help you and teach you everything, But don't worry because you will be able to do a split in less than a week.

There is only one thing you can do (Maybe 2) Sit in the splits while you are watching tv will help a ton!! Also buy a mini trampoline and practice doing toe touches you should do about 50-100 a day!!

first of all,take your feet apart (not all the way,just a little.)
then you try as hard as you can to touch your feet with your hand.
also,pull your foot into the air with your hand,like cheerleaders do.i find this hard,but i can still do it and it works.
also be sure to have alot of water on hand if your going to be a cheerleader!

go to uca.com and browse around for stretches and you can even learn some motions and do other fun stuff!!! Good Luck
