i like dutch land and i have visited it ones i am thinking of going there this sumer can some one help me with this qustion

I wonder if you mean Germany or the Netherlands.
In the Netherlands (also called Holland, where the Dutch live) you will find mild winters and cool summers with a lot of rain round the year.
In winter in hardly comes below freezing, in summer it nearly never comes as high as 37 C / 100 F.
There are days in winter with a warmer highest temp than the coldest days in summer, but on average the summer is warmer ;o)

Germany, also called Deutsland, is much bigger, it has more difference in the temps.
Some parts of the country, mostly in the south are sure of snow each winter, and have hot summers, although it can be wet and cool there too.
The northern part of the country is more like the Netherlands.

At this moment most of Europe is wet and cool, but it can change every day and there can be a warm spell next week or it stays as it is, that is Europe for you.

at the moment (July 2007).....rain rain rain rain rain

but normally, it is beautiful! warm (around the 30 C)
