the csa closed the wrong claim as the father got back with his wife but closed the previous girlfriends claim instead. 18 months and still they havent opened the claim as have to go to a clerical claim as on old rules on csa

No they seem to be exempt from the consequences of any errors they make no matter how negligent they are

Try using condoms in future.

Are you really saying that a father wouldn't contribute towards the upkeep of his own children, forcing the mother to go to the CSA, but then got back together with her?

Quite simply - NO

I have been waiting for the CSA to catch up and make my ex pay for the upkeep of our 2 boys for 4 years.

My case was closed down and archived for 12 months, and they offered me compensation £75!

I sent the cheque back as I felt insulted, if there was a way of sueing them for their incompetance I assure you...I would have found it!
