University of Oregon is in Eugene, Oregon. Oregon State University is in Corvallis... I think. Southern Oregon University is in Ashland Oregon.
University of Oregon has a more East Coast look but not so stuffy feel, I'm not sure what Oregon State is like, Southern Oregon University has a very small town feeling and is very liberal and open.

If you don't mind weather thats a little different than what your used to, definitely go to UO. Think back to when you visited both campuses and really try to picture yourself there. Arizona has sunny and warm weather, but I really think that Oregon is a great place to live, esp. those coming here for school. Theres the mountain, city, and beach all within easy driving distance and theres a really active student life at UO. You will for sure meet a ton of new people from all over and won't ever be bored here. That said, Arizona I'm sure has its perks too. I think Arizona and California are more similar to each other than Oregon and California, so if you want to experience something different and new I would say come to Oregon. Plus, the ducks started doing pretty well particularly in the last few years, and when a school has a more notable sports team, it will have more money and be more popular for incoming students.

U of O is in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, on the banks of the Willamette River and nestled between two mountain ranges. Depending on the season, an hour from the beach and 45 minutes from downhill skiing. There is no "Oregon University", but there are Eastern Oregon University, Western Oregon University and Southern Oregon University. All separate entities. The University of Oregon has excellent facilities largely thanks to massive financial support from Phil Knight, founder of Nike.
The other big school in-state is Oregon State University (in Corvallis). Other notables are Willamette University in Salem (the state capitol), Portland State University, University of Portland, Lewis and Clark College and Reed College, all in Portland.
