It's not Tracey. It almost looks like Brenda from GH. It's a little fuzzy so it's hard to tell.

I think it is Days...here's why. If you look at the picture inside the O in SOAP they right the name of the soap. There is four letters. If it was General Hospital then they would only have 2--GH, for Days of our Lives they right DAYS. Plus, that person is too young, thin and hair too long to be Tracy and Soapnet was not around when they had Brenda in a straight jacket.
