No bowler in the history of either test cricketor or ODI has got a recordof taking 4 wicketshaul 100 times. However, M.Muralitharan of Sri Lanka has 5taken 4 wickets or more on 108 occasions in test matches as per details given below:
4 wickets haul in test Matches : 41 times
5 wickets haul in test Matches : 58 times
10 wickets haul in test Matches : 19 times

There is no one who has taken exactly 4 wickets 100 times but Murlitharan has taken 4 or above 4 wickets [41(4 wicket hauls) + 58(5 wicket hauls) + 19(10 wicket Hauls)]118 times.
