does any one know what is the electric co. responsabilities in case of a flood??

I called and they said to wait untill the water got to their electric box, when it did and we called no one came out

they really have no responsibilities unless they caused an outage. if it was lightning or another "act of god" they have no responsibility. i'm not sure what you mean when you say they told you to call when it reched their box.
