I wish I was. I hate the treadmill. How do you stay motivated?

I don't think anyone should be spending an hour and forty-five minutes on a treadmill at one time. You may burn 1,000 calories, but it would be much healthier if you ate better and spent half an hour on the treadmill instead.

Hey I Was Going For A Run Tonight But Now Is Alright Too!!

I just got that nike + ipod thing for running i'll start off around 2 miles and work my way up :-)

Geez, I run on the treadmill pretty much... everyday, but NEVER for an hour and 45 minutes... I might die.

I actually run 2 miles every day, and I do so on the treadmill in the winter. So, I'm glad you are keeping in shape too! :-)
