It depends. If the mistake was the fault of a cashier, he or she will have to make up the difference! I would let him or her know, unless they were really jerks. If the store made a mistake by pricing the item differently, I would not say a thing.

Most of the time . . . depends on the store and the attitude of the employee.
McDonald's once paid me $10 for eating there -- but the girl was kind of rude and service was slow so it went in my pocket. McDonald's can afford it.
But typically, yes I let them know.

I have to admit, no. This happened to me one day. I was at a target store and I bought quite a bit of stuff. One item was a VCR(this was about 8 yrs ago.) The clerk scanned the shipping label and it rang up 29.00 and I kept my mouth shut.

well sometimes, if it's a small mistake, then no, i just keep it to myself! :D but sometimes, they're be a time where it's a BIG mistake and my instincts are bugging me because it wouldn't be the right thing to just ignore it, i would tell them!
