It's probably baby acne....there's another question about it lower down. It is caused by your hormones working their way through her body. Just keep her washed off....little bits of soap so as to not dry her out. She will be fine. It doesn't bother her and she doesn't care what the other babies think of her. I will be gone shortly.

I heard that using Visine (the kind for red eyes) can help get rid of redness in pimples, but this seems like the redness isn't the main issue. I recommend seeing a doctor if you already havent done so. Also try rubbing aloe vera on the bumps(just cut some of the leaf and expose the inner-flesh of the plant and rub on problemed areas.)

Just leave it alone. It will clear up on it's own. If you use anything other than just warm water and a mild soap you may just make the problem worse. Babies skin is very sensitive. Just be patient and your little ones skin will look smooth shortly, besides- baby acne is so tiny it's barely noticeable

My friends baby would get this. Mine did not so this is how i know it works, she would get some baby destine and put it, but not to thick. I think the destine has made a cream that is for everything including the diaper area

just keep her face clean with a mild baby soap. i used to use phisoderm for babies. i worked great but i haven't seen it around lately. it's only baby acne and should go away by the time shes a few months old. congrats on the baby.

Try horticorzone (can't remember the exact spelling or word) cream. You can get this at any drug store. Don't put too much or too often. This cream actually thins out the skin, but is great on rashes.

don't worry about it...it will go away just as quickly as it started, either in a few days or a few weeks. rarely it lasts longer than a few weeks. just keep her skin clean...there's no need to use soap. just use a clean facecloth, dampen it with warm water and gently rub her face with it a few times a day.

They will clear with time, but you can use only water on their face and apply eucerin lotion or baby aveno lotion both work good.

you can dab your finger in rubbing alcohol and rub it on the spots but you must be very careful otherwise they will just clear up with time.
