Yes, your right, it is too easy to say:

Clinton was one of the BEST president we've had and that he has made many positive effect to the United states and that the media and you uneducated red necks that suck that brainwash and only think about his "scandal"

Bush Jr. is NOT the worst (suprised eh?) but ONE of them. Like his Father

According to several different college courses I took. George Washington was supposedly the best (next would be JFK). The worst was supposedly Abraham Lincoln, Lyndon B Johnson, and Gerald Ford.

Considering the harm he did to the nation, gutted the constitution, declared the american people to be the enemy of the United States, etc., the worst is easy: FDR!

The best, that is a difficult choice, however, I would have to pick one who opted todo what it took to keep the union together, and was murdered for it: Abraham Lincoln!

Best: Washington - everyone since has tried to increase federal government and work against what we revolted for.

Worst: the most recent - every new President increases the size of government and reduces our freedoms (Reagan was perhaps the only exception).

I have not been alive during the course of all the Presidents terms. While Lincoln is considered one of the greatest (if not the greatest) there were many who didn't like him during his term.
