She cheats, lies, manipulates, or does not treat me the same as I treat her. Sometimes something or someone that "means the world to you" is not good for you. Then it is time to move on and find someone else who means the world to you. We like to think that our love is unbreakable, but if something is not worth loving, then love becomes really fragile really fast.
That said, I think this should apply to women deciding to leave their man, too. It is really not a gender-specific situation.

Well if she means the world to me, I wont stop seeing her unless it is her decision. And if she does something severe enough that i would stop seeing her, she no longer means the world to me (-:
