I'd say Vince Young, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Phillip Rivers, and Alex Smith. It is hard to say who will really show up each and every year, but these guys have a lot of upside.

Matt Leinhart
Brodie Croyle
Jay Cutler
Brady Quinn
Philip Rivers
Young, Russel, and other "flashy guys" will be hurt and out of the league by then (remember Cunningham, Vick, and Culpepper). Many of the star quarterbacks such as the Manning boys and Tom Brady will be gone as well.

Vince Young, Matt Leinart, Jay Cutler, Phillip Rivers, and Alex Smith..... they'll be the top 5 of the qbs who are in the league now at least.... In reality, they'll all probably be old and washed up, and no one knows who the best guys will actually be cuz they're probably 16 years old right now.

In 10 years... wow, well Young, Leinart, Cutler, Quinn, and Russell will all be winding down on the last years of their careers, good or bad, so its tough to say....
Look for guys like John David Booty, Colt McCoy, Jimmy Clausen, Ryan Mallett, and Colt Brennan
