1) Open the website or e-mail program that has the e-mail you wish to copy.
2) Open a new browser window and go to the webpage where you want to paste the e-mail.
3) At the bottom of the screen, click the correct tab to switch back to your e-mail message.
4) Get the mouse cursor to the beginning of the message. Left-click, hold the button down, and drag to the end of the message.
5) CTRL + C to copy the e-mail (hold down the CTRL key and press the C key).
6) Using the tabs at the bottom of the screen, switch back to the website where you want to paste the e-mail.
7) Left-click at the point where you want to paste the e-mail.
8) CTRL + V to paste (similar to #5 above).
9) Done!

Highlight the section you want to copy. (Hold down the left mouse button and drag and highlight)
Then press ctrl and C at the same time. (To copy)
Next press ctrl and v at the same time to paste.
(ctrl button is on the bottom left side of keyboard or the bottom right)
Another way you can copy and paste is to highlight the section
Press the right button on your mouse and from the list that will appear click COPY.

Highlight the text required, by dragging your cursor over is, while holding the left button down.
Then press Ctrl."C" to copy to clipboard.
Then place entry point in new document.
And press Ctrl."V" to insert copied text.
