okay well in 6th grade i went out with this one guy and we just didn't end well at all. then when we just started to become friends again this stupid chick moves back.(we hate each other). then she like turned all of my friends against me. so i had like no one. and she took the guy i was just starting be friends with again. so then i found out that i had to move and all. so i had to say good-bye to the friends i had. and i guess that the one guy wanted for me to say good-bye to him too, but i didn't and i left. now he's back in town. and i really want to talk to him again, but i don't think he will talk to me. well i guess what i want to ask is should i try and get his # so we can start talking again, or just ignor (sp?) what im feeling and move on? how do i handle this?

Try your best to explain to him what happened , do it in a manner that is not passive but not overly aggressive. Do not ignore your feelings especially if you believe in them so much. If it is not so, then so be it but it will not be because you did not act and would second guess yourself.
