The 80's 49ers will go down as one of the best teams of all time. Even the 90's 49ers were a solid team. Cowboys were good but not on the same level.

The niners had a much better qb, but the boys had a better runningback, receivers (thats combining Novachek, Irvin, and Harper.... Rice is undoubtedly the best overall), and fullback. The defenses were about the same, with the edge probably going to the Cowboys because the boys' offensive line would have been all coked up and would have flattened a mack truck if it lined up against them. As much as I hate them, I have to pick the cowboys.

what about the 90's 49ers they were good too. Young Rice Owens. My fav is the 90's Cowboys. The games best rusher Emmit, Aikmen and Irvin (HOFers). The line was huge. The Moose. They would have taken more give credit to San Fran

80s Niners, no doubt. The league had to make up all these new rules and go after their owner to stop them, there was no need to do so with the weaker c*wboys.
