Probably almost identical. I have a friend who had one with her son at 8.5m. When he was born, I don't think he could have looked anymore like the baby in the video his parents got. Although you don't know eye and hair color yet, at least you can try to figure out whose chin and nose your baby has!!!!!

Well this image is a realtime picture of what your baby looked like on that day. I doubt that the baby's looks will change much between now and birth.

SOO CLOSE! you have no idea...it will astound you. My baby looks exactly like his 4D ultrasound. Ofcourse it wont be as amazing as when you have him/her in your hands but you will be amazed at how good the 4d is.

Pretty close to it at first, but babies change so fast, and by 4 weeks old your baby will look totally different.

I believe very close because I just got one done last week and my daughter looks just like me! Its the closest thing you're gonna get to seeing him/her before birth. It looked pretty accurate to me. You're baby is adorable!

your baby will look like it's gonna look when it comes out. since most babies look alike when they are born, yours will prob look like that. are you really gonna get this done though, most cost btwn $500-$700. & are not covered by insurance!
