Women who lift weights? I don't mean the steroid shooting he/shes you sometimes see at the gym. I'm talking about the fit, not tragically skinny girls who go to the gym and work their asses of to get a nicely muscled body.

well just because were men dosnt mean wemon cant lift waeghts to i even have a story of a guy he tried to loft more thn he could and he set those down and bent over because his body hert and his but ripped open and olmost all of his insides fell out because he thought he was all tuff and tried to lift more than he can cary
