Yes it does. First thing I do is make sure everyone has seat belts on. My speed. Then I try to look casual but I'm worrying about swerving or something. Then if I have to turn, I wonder if they just think I'm turning to get away from them.
I get nervous even though I'm not doing anything wrong.

Yes, even though I know I'm doing nothing wrong. I keep watching and hoping he wil be going a different way. When he finally does go a different direction, I am able to breathe again! LOL

Yes. I start sweating and damn near have a panic attack. All these crazy thoughts start running through my head like "Did I pay the car insurance this month?" "Was that Xanax that I bought over the internet really legal?" It's awful.
