That is NOT the way to do what you want.

Let's assume you have two buildings, A and B, that are 30 meters apart. Building A has the internet feed. You want LAN presence in both A and B. The router in Bldg. A has a 192.168.1.0/24 subnet with router IP 192.168.1.1, subnet 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.1.1.

Connect one router to the internet feed. Enable DHCP on this router from 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.255.

Run a wired CAT5 line between the Building A and B. Connect the cable in building A to the LAN port of the router in Building A. In building B, connect the router WAN port to the cable. Configure router in building B for a static IP address and give it 192.168.1.2, subnet 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.1.1. Do not provide DHCP to the LAN in Building B from the Building B router. This assumes you do not need to run over 245 total LAN devices in the total network.

If the distance between the two routers exceeds 100 meters, you cannot use CAT5 cable. Fiber and media converters will be needed.

An alternative is to use a wireless point - point arrangement. This is not a pair of wireless routers. You need a clear line of sight (1 tree leaf is a problem) between the 2 buildings. Usually you are better off to have different subnets then. If interested in this, start a new question.

they should be able to connect as long as they both have the same Vlan Id and their IP are on the same LAN.
