I would make play dough for the kids
and wrap them in plastic garbage baggies and
let them play with it on the bathroom floor while you relax in the tub
OR stick the little buggers int he tub and let them have at it while you relax on the bathroom floor
Next try a cup of coffee, it helps me
if you have a fenced in Back yard let them go bonkers out side and sit in a chair and relax
My favorite is family sleep time
bring em all in your bed with you, and try to sleep
if you have a pop tent let them play with that

here is the recipe.

Do they have a favorite movie you could pop in? Make some sort of snack they like and have them sit for the movie.( will they do that?)
Then get some nice rich hand cream and give yourself a foot massage while keeping an eye on the little darlin's.
Concentrate on just below the balls of feet and the tip of toes.
When finished, place a cool towel on your forehead and try to relax as best you can.
It may not be practical in your situation but in the future you need to have a few trusted people that can help last minute.
You have your hands full but moms can handle more than the average.
good luck
feel better

Breathing.
Sit and relax your whole body. Lay on the couch, close your eyes and take deep breaths in thru ur nose, out thru your mouth. Relax every muscle in your face and head and your whole body.
Deep cleansing breaths. Do this about 20 times and I'm sure you'll start feeling better.
Lots of water, and take a tylenol here or there, but your best bet is to relax.
Good luck mommy. Take a time out for yourself. It works!

Sounds like it's nap time. You may also be dehydrated, so drink some gatorade or water. Hot green tea can be relaxing.Believe it or not, the best way to relax muscles is to tense a specific muscle, then deliberately relax that muscle, one at a time.

Take them outside, in the backyard, to the park somewhere you can get some fresh air and they can run out their energy appropriately. Otherwise you can call your doc and see if there is anything else you can take but, I'm pretty sure that's about it. Also, When I massage my temples with light pressure it seems to help.

I think especially since you are pregnant, maybe you could get a relative or good friend or your husband to watch them for an hour or two, and have a nice bath and a nap, that sounds like you need it. I know how you feel, I have four myself and one on the way as well . So I know how it feels, goodluck you sound like you need some rest, I know that is what I crave.

soft music does it for me. Prayer works. Sleep, warm shower, walk, movie by yourself. Just get some alone time and do something that takes your mind off the situation.
