Libby was convicted of perjury only. there is no evidence that he outed Plame. Plame had not been an active agent for at least 2 years. it has not been proved that she ever worked under cover. Paris Hilton's crime had the potential of being very serious, unless you condone driving drunk, but her crime was not greater. she was not sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison either. your question is really a bunch of unrelated blabber.

1) Libby didn't leak anything. Do I think he got off easy? Definitely. But his crime did not warrant 2.5 years.
