And for those that argue there was no crime, or no underlying crime, Libby was indicted, tried and convicted in a US court of law by a jury of his peers. For that outcome without a crime Libby's counsel had to have been the most incompetent to ever walk into a court room.

whatever it was the judge in the case (a Bush appointee) said 'the evidence was overwhelming'. i think it was obstruction of justice. i think it's weird Bush overruled his own appointee.
